On behalf of the HBCSD Preschool Academy, we are excited to announce that the State of California has recently passed legislation allowing our California State Preschool Program (CSPP) to enroll 2-year-old children beginning in the Fall of 2024. 2-year-old children do not need to be potty-trained. CSPP is free for families based on several eligibility factors, with the most common being family size and income or your child having an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), similar to an Individualized Education Program (IEP).
