Our school year will begin Tuesday, September 3rd and will follow our planning day schedule (Preschool dismissed at 12:05 pm / Grades K-3 dismissed at 1:41 pm / Grades 4-5 at 1:50pm).

Parents are welcome to join us on campus that morning as we kick off the school year.  We will have maps available to assist you in locating your child’s classroom.

Parking Lot Safety

Please help keep our students safe by driving carefully and observing all traffic safety signs and speed limits around our school.

When leaving the parking lot, only right turns are allowed.

Please do not park and leave your vehicle in any area that has a red curb.

Please remember to have your child exit and enter your vehicle on the curbside only.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our Eader community.

Student Arrival and Dismissal

Parents may walk their child to the classroom for the first two days of school.

Beginning Thursday, September 5, parents will drop off their child at their Grade Level Gate.

Starting on the first day of school and moving forward, Kindergarten students will be dismissed directly from their classrooms. Parents are welcome to enter the Kindergarten play area for pickup.

For students in grades 1-5, dismissal will take place at the grade level gates. Please note that parents of students in grades 1-5 should not enter the campus for dismissal but should wait outside the gates.

Please refer to the attached map and note the following gate locations with corresponding grade levels below:

• Gate #1 - Kindergarten

• Gate #2 - Preschool

• Gate #5 - Grades 1, 3-5

• Gate #6 - Grade 2

School gates open daily at 8:25 am. Please do not drop off your child before that time as teacher / staff supervision is not available.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us ensure the safety of our students.
