School News

TK & Kindergarten Meet and Greet

Please see the flyer below for information pertaining to our upcoming "TK and Kindergarten Meet and Greet," scheduled for Wednesday, August 27, from 2:00-2:30 pm.

This will be an event you won't want to miss, so be sure to mark your calendars!

PTA Campus Kickoff Event - "Playground Preview"

Please note the flyer below for information pertaining to our upcoming "Campus Kickoff" event scheduled for Wednesday, August 27 from 5:30-6:30 pm.

Please note that this event is open to all students and families.

Data Confirmation

To ensure the information we have on file for your child is current and accurate, every family is required to participate in the district’s Data Confirmation process which opens tomorrow (Monday, August 25).

Tomorrow at 10:00 am, you will receive a ParentSquare message from the District Office with instructions on how to complete Data Confirmation.

You will be able to update your child’s data and receive our Back to School information as you complete the process.

Be sure to click on the final Confirmation tab when you are finished and print the Data Confirmation form for your records. We will not be collecting printed Data Confirmation forms this year.

If you need access to a computer to complete Data Confirmation, contact the school office.

Class Assignments

After 4:00 pm on Friday, August 29th your child’s class assignment will be visible in the Aeries Parent Portal.

Data Confirmation must be completed first.

First Day of School

Our school year will begin Tuesday, September 2nd and will follow our planning day schedule (TK dismissed at 12:25 pm, Grades K-3 dismissed at 1:41 pm, Grades 4-5 dismissed at 1:50 pm).

Parents are welcome to join us on campus that morning as we kick off the school year. We will have signs posted to assist you in locating your child’s classroom.

Please keep in mind when choosing first day outfits that our students sit on the blacktop in their class lines.

Bell Schedule

The 2025-2026 bell schedule is attached to this message and posted on our website.

Please note that recess and lunch times have been updated since last year. We have shifted these times 15 minutes later, which allows for longer, uninterrupted learning blocks during the most effective part of the school day. Over the course of the year, this adjustment will add up to 45 extra hours of focused instruction, supporting deeper learning and helping every child reach their full potential.

In order to maximize student learning and avoid classroom interruptions, please be sure that your child arrives on time.

2025-2026 Eader Elementary Bell Schedule

School Lunch

School breakfast and lunch will be offered free of charge throughout the 2025-2026 school year.

Please refer to the District Food Services website for more information.

Student Arrival and Dismissal

Parents may walk their child to classroom lines for the first two days of school.

Beginning Thursday, September 4, parents will drop off and pick their child up at their designated Grade Level Gate. Please refer to the attached map for specific gate locations.

School gates open daily at 8:25 am. Please do not drop off your child before that time as teacher and staff supervision is not available.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us ensure the safety of our students.

Volunteers

Parent volunteers are welcome to support classroom activities with proof of TB vaccination.

Please contact the Eader Office with any questions regarding this requirement.

Parking Lot Safety

Please help keep our students safe by driving carefully and observing all traffic safety signs and speed limits around our school.

When leaving the parking lot, only right turns are allowed.

Please do not park and leave your vehicle in any area that has a red curb.

Please remember to have your child exit and enter your vehicle on the curbside only.
