Safety First: Use Crosswalks for Our Children and Families

At Eader Elementary, the safety of our students and families is our top priority. We kindly ask everyone to ensure that Banning Avenue is only crossed at designated crosswalks.

Crossing outside of a crosswalk not only puts individuals at risk but also sets an example for our children that may lead to unsafe habits. Please take a few extra moments to use the crosswalks, helping to create a safe environment for all.

Let’s work together to keep our school community safe—thank you for your cooperation and commitment to our children’s well-being!

Parking Lot Safety Reminder

Please help keep our students safe by driving carefully and observing all traffic safety signs and speed limits around our school.

• When leaving the parking lot, only right turns are allowed.
• Do not park or leave your vehicle in any area marked with a red curb.
• For safety, please ensure your child exits and enters your vehicle on the curbside only.
• Please continue to pull forward until you are immediately behind the car in front of you while waiting to pick up your child. This will help eliminate parents cutting in front of each other and prevent dangerous maneuvers.
• As a safety reminder, please do not park in the center roundabout to exit your car and walk through traffic to pick up your child. This is dangerous and disrupts the flow of traffic.
